Arizona Families for Home Education (AFHE) is a non profit educational corporation that promotes and supports home education in Arizona. They are the oldest and largest such organization in the state. First-year membership with info packet is $25; renewals are $20 per family. Annual convention/curriculum fair, junior/senior high school graduate recognition ceremony, HSLDA discount, newsletter, support group listings, online articles and information, printable affidavit, legislative alerts, and website links. For information on high school transition planning, contact AFHE and request their detailed 32-page paper on this topic. (No charge for members; $2 for non-members) AFHE also funds a college scholarship program.
