    What is Eternal?

    It is focusing not on the obvious but on that which is unseen;
    It is the first and the last, and everything in between…
    Past, present, and future forming a continuous unbroken circle.
    It is your destiny when you believe, full of limitless potential;
    The confidence of being born into God's wonderful family
    Through a spiritual transformation into something heavenly.
    It is sensing the awesome power of God above
    And the happiness of feeling His goodness and love,
    Forgiveness of sins, salvation of soul, and renewing of life.
    It is the joy of having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ,
    Being united to God through His Son’s love and care,
    An abiding fellowship with Him in the solitude of prayer.
    It is knowing the oneness of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit,
    Existing at all times without change, boundless and constant.
    It is timeless truth, perpetual hope, and everlasting grace
    Encompassing the universal reality of time and space.
    It is ageless years that have always been, with no beginning and no end,
    An ongoing pilgrimage to God’s kingdom along a path that will not bend.
    It is absolute freedom from earthly bonds as you take flight,
    Looking ahead through the tunnel to see the undying light,
    Being welcomed to Heaven by the Father Almighty
    And upon entering the door, staying with Him for eternity.
    It is a divine existence, blissfully living forever
    In the enduring presence of your loving Creator,
    Adoring the only true God and His beloved Son
    In a harmonious place where questions and answers become one.
    It is a special kind of inner beauty, a never-ending tranquility,
    That is far more precious than any simple immortality.

    "For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." (2 Corinthians 4:17-18)
